VALNIVO · FOR PEOPLE PUTTING OUR CALCULATORS ON THEIR OWN SITE · 16 SEPTEMBER 2026
White-label widgets
Every Valnivo widget carries a small mark in its top corner, and the conditions of use ask you to say a calculation comes from Valnivo where the context could suggest otherwise. A white-label licence lifts both: the mark comes off, and you may present the calculation as your own.
§ Asking for one
A white-label licence is free today. There is no payment to make and none to set up: ask, and one is issued by hand.
Write to support@valnivo.eu with the domain you would run it on.
Free today means today, and only while Valnivo is running. It is how things stand rather than a right a licence gives you: it may change, and nothing here promises that it will not.
There is no form, no account and no card, because there is nothing to charge for yet.
§ What you get
- LicenceNo Valnivo mark. The widget renders without it.
- LicencePresent it as your own. The second condition of use — “do not present it as your own calculation” — does not apply to you.
-
Everybody
The theme and the accent are free for everybody, licence or not:
theme=light, theme=darkortheme=auto, andaccent=your own colour. They are documented with the shared parameters.
§ What never changes, at any tier
The line saying a figure is an illustration and not advice stays inside the frame. Our name may go; that may not, and no parameter can remove it — the parameters a widget reads here set its presentation (the theme, the accent, the licence) and never a figure or that line, so there is nothing to switch. It is what the widget is.
- No product beside a widget as if it were the answer. A widget shows a visitor’s own figures under their own assumptions; it never names, ranks or compares a fund, account, policy or provider, and it must not be framed as advice, a recommendation or a suitability assessment — yours or ours.
- The colours that carry meaning are not yours to set. Money coming in is green, money going out is red, and a figure the model produced rather than one your visitor typed is brass.
- A licence is for the site you name, and it expires. It is not transferable.
§ How it works
You never make a key and you never install anything. Three steps, and the only thing you handle is a line of text:
- Ask — write to support@valnivo.eu with the domain you will run the widget on.
- Receive the licence — one line of letters and digits with a full stop in the middle. We sign it with our key; there is nothing for you to generate.
- Paste it — into the licence field of the configurator, which writes the whole tag and shows you the widget without the mark before you copy anything, or by hand as below.
A licence is a signed token. By hand, add it to the tag you already have, or to the address of the frame:
ON THE LOADER TAG
<script src="https://valnivo.eu/valnivo.js" data-valnivo="projection" data-licence="…"></script>
OR ON A PLAIN IFRAME
https://valnivo.eu/embed/projection.html?licence=…
Nothing is checked against a server — the check happens in the page, so a licence adds no request of its own, and nothing your visitors type reaches us. If a licence is missing, expired or altered, the widget still works and the mark comes back; it never breaks a page you have already shipped.
If the mark is still there, the licence is the thing to check first. A licence that has run out, or was issued for somewhere else, or lost a character on its way through an email looks exactly like no licence at all — the widget works and the mark stays, because it never breaks a page. So paste it into the licence checker, which says who it is for, when it runs out and whether this site will honour it. The configurator says the same thing about whatever you paste into its licence field.
It covers the ready-made arrangements too: a page of several calculators is one frame, so it takes one licence and carries one mark — or, with a licence, none.
§ Where this stands
Valnivo is an early-stage service: features may change or be withdrawn, and it is provided as it is. There is no service level and no support contract behind the widgets yet; when there is, this paragraph will say so instead of implying it. Licensing is not a paid product today and this page is not an offer to sell one — it is an invitation to ask.
