Delete your account and data
This page explains how to have your Valnivo account and everything stored online permanently deleted. It
applies to the app on Google Play (com.ledgger) and to the same app on the web.
If you can open the app
This is the fastest route, and it needs nobody's help.
- Open Valnivo and go to Settings.
- Find the Your data panel.
- Choose Delete my account, then confirm.
Google may ask you to sign in once more to confirm it is really you. Deletion happens immediately, and it cannot be undone. If you want to keep a copy of your figures first, use Save a full backup in the same panel, which gives you a single file with everything in it.
If you cannot open the app
Email kabiljbeli011@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, and ask for your account to be deleted. Sending it from that address is what lets us match the request to your account. Requests are handled within one month, and normally much sooner; where the GDPR allows, that period can be extended by up to two further months for complex requests, and you would be told within the first month if so.
What gets deleted

What is not deleted
- Copies on your other devices. Valnivo keeps your figures in each browser's own storage. On any other device, open Settings and choose Erase all data here, or clear that browser's site data.
- Backup files you saved yourself. Those are ordinary files on your own computer or phone, and only you can remove them.
- Your Google account. Deleting your Valnivo account removes this app's access to it and the details it held. It does not touch the Google account itself.
- Entries another member added to a joint space. What you contributed to a shared space belongs to that space's record; you are removed from it, and a space you created is deleted outright.
Using Valnivo without an account at all
You never have to create one. On the first screen, choose Use it on this device only and nothing is ever sent anywhere. In that case there is no online data to delete, and Erase all data here in Settings removes everything.
